We’ve rounded up a little collection of Easter co*cktails to serve at any Easter or spring-themed get-togethers. There’s always the “champagne co*cktail” option for brunch, but we aimed for a list that’s a little more creative.
Many of these drinks use egg as an ingredient and have spring themes in their colors and names. If you’ve never used egg in co*cktails, you’ll be surprised by the silky texture it adds.
And if you’re nervous about using raw eggs in your drinks, egg substitute works just fine. Either way you go, eggs add a nice bit of body and creamy texture to co*cktails.
Need to spruce up your glassware for guests? I love the look of these Reidel Nick and Nora glasses for Easter co*cktails, and this teal serving tray (perfect pastel for spring).
A refreshing combination of fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice and delicious Jack Daniels Honey.
Highline Spritzer co*cktail recipe
This co*cktail is perfect for spring, with Lillet Rose, lavender syrup and prosecco. It's complex and special, with lots of floral notes.
Tokyo Iced Tea co*cktail
The Tokyo Iced Tea is a delicious variation on the Long Island Iced Tea. This drink recipe features 7-up instead of cola and Midori instead of triple sec. It’s so easy to make, but remember it’s much stronger than it tastes!
Eden co*cktail
Features Pisco brandy with apricot, Mandarin orange and lime. Those sublime fruit flavors work so well to bring out the fruit notes in the Pisco.
Fairy Belle co*cktail recipe
The Fairy Belle co*cktail is a pink, slightly creamy or frothy drink, and the grenadine makes it pretty sweet. In other words, it's just what you might have imagined from the name.
Aviation co*cktail recipe
A blend of floral notes, maraschino cherry liqueur and light citrus. It's delicate, with the hard-to-describe flavor of creme de violette taking center stage.
Marshmallow Vodka Infusion Tutorial
DIY Marshmallow Vodka is a delicious infusion that tastes like marshmallows – vanilla and sugar. It’s sweet but not too sweet. And the feel of it in your mouth – unlike a clear, store bought version – is silky. It’s almost like a cream liqueur.
Centauri Sundown
A very simple, vibrant red vodka co*cktail. It mixes vodka with grenadine, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and a little simple syrup (which you can adjust to your taste). It has an easygoing berry-lemon taste.
Malibu Driver
This delicious drink features orange juice and Malibu coconut rum - a nice helping of fruit juice to start your morning, and a very light drink.
This drink takes the Cranberry Gin to a whole new level. The sweet and tart notes hit you first, and you finish with the juniper flavor from the gin. But the orange and lime add so much to the flavor profile.
Round Robin
This golden co*cktail features the unique combination of brandy and absinthe with some egg and sugar. It's a creamy, delicious drink with a strong anise note.
Arcadia co*cktail recipe
This one is strong on gin and grapefruit juice, with Galliano and creme de banane. It's a unique flavor that's very refreshing and tart without being too sour.
Angel's Delight
A lightweight gin co*cktail that tastes like orange and berry, with a big dose of cream. It's a pretty shade of pink, and can be a romantic co*cktail in the right setting.
Ethel Duffy
This lightly sweet drink consists of crème de menthe, apricot brandy and triple sec. It's an unusual and almost mysterious flavor, with the mint adding something sweet and sharp to the fruity notes.
Edith's Fizz
Light and refreshing, with Lillet Blanc, maraschino liqueur and fresh-squeezed orange juice. It's got orange and that almondy-cherry flavor from the maraschino liqueur, and then the white wine notes from the Lillet Blanc, so it's kind of like spring in a glass.
Casino Royale co*cktail recipe
Mostly gin, with an egg yolk, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur and orange bitters. The egg gives it a wonderful froth at the top, and the citrus notes are strong.
Amber Haze
Features Bacardi Big Apple rum with grenadine and soda water. This drink has an apple berry flavor that's just so ridiculously easy to love.
Hpnotiq Breeze
Blends its title liqueur with pineapple juice and Malibu Coconut Rum. The resulting taste is a combination of tropical fruit (mango and passionfruit, and others) from the Hpnotiq, pineapple and coconut.
Pink Lady Classic co*cktail Recipe
With gin, applejack and grenadine with an egg white to give it some body and creaminess. It tastes like citrus and herbs overlaying something deeper, with a hint of apple.
Green Demon Drink Recipe
The Green Demon is a delicious co*cktail featuring Midori and lemonade with two hard liquors. It's one of those drinks that's very easy to love.
Royal Clover Club co*cktail
The Royal Clover Club co*cktail has a flavor that’s all citrus and berry, but a texture that’s creamy. That’s because it uses an egg yolk which adds very little flavor, but some definite body.
Pimm’s Cup co*cktail recipe
This drink what you make of it, because you pick the fruit, veggie and herb chunks to put in it. That makes it a drink that's always perfectly in season. The Pimm's No. 1 adds touches of spice and fruit.
Robin's Nest drink recipe
Mixes vodka with creme de cacao and cranberry juice for a chocolate berry flavor. This bright red co*cktail is cheery and delicious and perfect for Easter.
